This doesn't really count as a critique, since it's so short. But I still wanna do it 8D
But I'm loving the 1st two panels now. They're perfect from what I can see. The sound effects make me happy too XD <33

However, I think you should darken the last two backgrounds in the 3rd and 4th panels. The 3rd just looks like it should have a little more contrast to it, since Jesse himself is rather contrasted in shading.
And the 4th panel has a very heavy feel to it, emotion wise, so the background could reflect that with a dark and 'heavy' colour.
